I'm going to buy a 91 240sx with an SR already installed. Its got a few problems but they seem reasonable to change and fix.

The most vital things it needs right now are:a clutchradiatorand the guy said that the wiring harness could be sent off to HeavyThrottle to be redone.Needs A/C (i live in TX so its a must, lol:thinker )Needs power steering

Other things it already has:255 Walbor fule pump3'' custom made exhaust with mandrel bends all the way backand a few other things that i can't remember

I plan on upgrading (of course)intercoolerHKS metal gasketlight weight flywheel (might just resurface the stock flywheel. How much does the stock one weight?)

the suspension and braking are stock so that would come soon also. But for 3k plus a parts car i think its a good deal. Since the wiring harness has to be sent off maybe i can talk him down to around 2700 or so. Any suggestions to what else might need done?

Now for the Questions: 1. Instead of going with slotted rotors, would it be better to say get the Brembo OEM type rotors? 2. Will the Brembo calipers from the Track 350Z work on the 240sx with few mods? 3. What offset is needed to have the affect of the rim look bent in?

1. The oem type would be good enough unless you're running on a metallic or semi-metallic. The slots are better for those types, but you'll also go through brake pads alot faster.

2. The brembo calipers probably would fit but you're looking into a custom bracket and that'll cost you. Anything can be done if you throw enough money at it.

3. define bent in, I'm not sure what you're asking for, if you're looking for a lip on the rims or what. The offset for the front that I see as a very good fit ie flush with the fenders is +20.

yea i was talking about "bent" like the effect the Volk TE37s give off when the middle of the wheel looks like its bent inwards.
