I was found out, it's an SE clone. I'll have LSD as soon as I bump into an SEv6 in the JY.

I priced one at a Nissan dealer, 1200 dollars, whoa. There are other traction devices though.

That's pricey and would be further down my list of must-haves. Next on my list is exhaust and then clutch.

Mine is working good but I am sure it's original 1995 material, plus my TO bearing howls sometimes in the morning. I would to upgrade it to a nice streetable clutch system. Not till next spring though. I am running that and the brakes out for the rest of the year, will put new stuff in before the truck comes back out of storage.

Why are you even bothering with the transmision? What's the matter with it?

I'm not rebuilding the whole thing just replacing switches and such replacing the fluid My Reverse light switch hasn't worked for a while and I'm putting new fluid in it to get the factory stuff out and the lil rubber piece around the shifter has a hole in it..

I hate to Admit this but I originally bought the thing to put it through as much hell as i could throw at it...Driving it blindly through brush in my woods...muddin in my backyard etc...etc.. But it grew on me and I want to start fixing it up so that it will last another 300,000 and I wanna make sure the clutch and transmission are good as for the engine..I got told it needed to be completely rebuilt from scratch by my uncle so...

Very nice! Awesome job. Do you use anything else for your wheels or just the Never-Dull?

I brought those wheels back from the dead using coke-cola and tinfoil last year. I waxed with Colonite 476s and then forgot about them. I just started using Never-Dull and the results were quite nice.

I would use Aircraft paint stripper for that. You can find it at places like Autozone...aka Ricerzone.
