99QX4 Engine Noise in Radio - AM band

My radio has engine buzzing on the AM band. No noise with stations that are very close, but when I move further away from the station, the engine noise increases. It's buzzes at idle, and gets louder when I increase my speed. I've had the radio replaced (Bose), antenna replaced, but still have the problem. Any ideas?

Perhaps a new noise reducing diode on the alternator would help.

is this a part that is found on the alternator, or is this something to add to the alternator?
