99Q hid problem

I bought two new bulbs when my passenger side bulb went out and I replaced both..the drivers side is working fine w/ the new bulb, but the passenger side is still out...I'm thinking it's some of the other parts that's causing the problem or not a good connection....where can I get the parts besides the dealer and what are they called? Not sure if they are ballasts or not....replaced w/ 8000k's drivers side really looks good.

And rpobably really diim. Hope they dont' drw over 35W steady on.

Swap the ballasts.

They are used but a fraction of the cost. Dealer wants over $300 for a ballast. When i called they wanted around $100.
