99 sentra, nest in cooling unit, help dissambly?

[glitched]

looking at the service manual, the box the nest is in is called the "cooling unit" but the service manual just says to remove it. doesnt give an exploding diagram with all the screw locations

(it's the big black box behind the glove compartment)

i've got all the screws i can find removed, but it wont pull out.

anyone got experience with removing this thing?

also, any ideas how to prevent future nests once i get this smelly crap out of there?
