99 Sentra - Engine missing/loping

I have a 1999 Nissan Sentra. I have the follow problems.
1. Engine idle lopes when cold between 800-1000 rmp.
2. acceleration is jerky when barely accelerating. Acts like engine is missing. You can feel it in the accelerator pedal and hear it as well.
3. Engine vibrates while at idle in drive. Does not do this while idling in reverse.
3. Codes 1493, 1402. These codes did not show up until i connected a disconnected vacuum line.

Any help would be appreciated.

Car has new plugs, wires, distributor cap, rotor.
