99 sentra electrical problem speedo,brakelights,a/c,whole dash not working

ok i got this sentra from a buddy who let it sit for a couple years runs great but for some reason everything on the dash doesnt work only thing that works are headlights and taillights. no turn signals,brake lights,speedo,radio,a/c(but does get hot if put on heat or cool in the cold ) i thought it was maybe a few different fuses or possibly relays? i changed the a/c relay uder the hood and still nothing so i think theres gotta be a relay to power the dash? i know there are 3 more relays under the dash above the fuse area on the driver side does anyone know what those power? or does anyone else have any other ideas? thanks in advance for all advice
