If you have someone that can help you, get them to turn on the rear wiper. You stay at the back and if the motor won't move while its on help it turn. Once the contact is in the right spot turn off the wiper.
I did it my self but it took a while to get it right. Good luck
The wiper motors are known for seizing. I think the switch is fine.
