99 qx4 door open light

we have a 99qx4 with 215,000 miles and now the door open light keeps flashing. all the doors are closed. is there a fuse or something that will fix this. also, what are the fuse diagrams for the car, we can not find them.

Thank you! But today it did not happen. So, we will wait until it happens again and try to find which door it is.
