Just got new tires, so also got the alignment checked. My camber is off, and the shop said that they cannot adjust it. Also, the caster is slightly off and they said they couldn't adjust it either. Toe was all they said they could adjust without buying the camber bolt.

Does the lack of adjustment to the camber and caster sound right? Should I just go ahead and buy the camber bolt at O'Reilly? Is this fairly easy to access and install myself before going back for the alignment?

Thanks!

yes the camber and caster are not adjustable on the pathfinder.

Camber can be fixed by camber bolts, but I don`t think there is anything for the caster..

I would not worry about the caster unless your wheels don`t come back to the middle (straight) after you turn at a corner.. This would mean the caster is very out of specs and therefore there is something very wrong with your front end (like bent parts or something).

Hope this helps.

Ps : I use the camber bolts from ingalls ing (81260) : http://www.ingallseng.com/81260-14mm-fa ... _pair.html

Cheers.

Thanks Fluerys. That's exactly what I was looking for. The link you included also has instructions on how to install. I'll head to the store now to buy the part and get it installed before going back for an alignment.

Thanks man
