99 q45t front and rear shocks

Hi everyone, I'm a virgin to this forum so I'm in need of direction. Ok so i just picked up a 99 q45t and I need to replace all four struts. As you know this year and trim uses the more expensive struts. Where can I purchase a set of used struts? Or will the Megan racing coil overs fit with no problem? Can I use any other combination ?

so, i've been doing more research and so far i keep hearing about memoryfab and infiniti of scottsdale. Has anyone gone this route on there q45t?
