And another thing about every 6 to 7 months the driver front left side snaps at the top hat the strut and I'm not understanding why it's only that one I can do donuts and take it mudding and be extremely rough and it won't break but I can be driving and hit alittle bump or pot hole and it'll snap but only every 6 to 7 months I know it could be that this suspension is not made for this type of weight but it weird that only that one side dose it

They connect the lower control arms to the subframe for stability. I drove one years ago where they were shot and its had the death wobble. I'm guessing the rubber is shot and this could be your issue

Jack up the car and shake the front wheels around. Look for cracked rubber bushings. Idk about the 240sx but you can get the bushings for the Q45 tension arms on rockauto.

I feel like trying to get the bushings out will be a pain so imma buy adjustable ones cause when I did the 240 conversion for coilovers I had to drill holes in my lower control arms for that alignment rod to bolt to so I'd like to be able to adjust it and out it back in the correct spot the bushings are all cracked up and swollen and have been since I bought the car 3 years ago and any idea on why the suspension breaks on the driver front

You figured out the problem

Installing "new" or modified suspension without addressing old worn out stuff first? Come on man

I replaced the caster arms it came back. When it starts to shake if I pump the brakes over and over again like if I retry braking over and over again it stops till the next time. I also don't have a front lower sway bar due to the coilovers.
