99 Pathfinder need help!!

My 99 Pathfinder is having electrical issues and I'm hoping someone can help.

Yesterday the fuse blew in my speedometer and cluster. Replaced it and it blew again immediately. Then as I was pulling in to my house it started to lose power to all electronics and hesitate when I pushed the accelerator like it was out of gas. When I came back out it wouldn't start--had power but wouldn't turn over.

Had the battery charged and replaced the cables because the negative wasn't making good contact. Worked for the drive to wok but started doing the same thing as I got home. Now it won't start again.

Battery and alternator are good. Where do I go from here?
