99 Pathfinder Cargo Window Stuck

The cargo window on my 99 Pathy is stuck. The cargo door opens fine, just not the window. Even when I try to turn the key on the outside of the cargo door to unlatch the windown, the key won't even turn. It will turn counter-clockwise to unlock the cargo door, but it won't turn clockwise to unlock the window.

Remove the rear door's trim and see if the lock rod is jammed up on something.
