99 P11 fog lights on without headlight on? is it possible?

I just bought a 1999 g20t. I would be interested in trying to get the headlights to turn on with just the running lights on. Anybody know how?

I know it has been done on B15s, and I'd be willing to be that the process is similar. It's essentially a matter of clipping the right wire coming out of the lighting stalk. You can dig through the FSM and look, I'll see if I can find the equivalent B15 info tomorrow.
