99 nissan sentra electrical problem!! please help!!

so im gonna make this long story sweet and simple.. i left my lights on in my car ( not the first time) so i went to jump it with my wifes car and there was a huge spark my lights went on and horn went off so i quickly disconnected everything... i tried it again and the same thing happened so i called my dad over... he was able to jump it right away but when we took the cables off my car sputtered and died...

so i thought ok battery or alternator... went to get my battery tested and it was bad, so i bought a new one. after i installed it my car turned on and my lights went on...

however my windshield wipers, horn, power windows/locks, stereo deck, heater and a/c, dome light speedomoter gas rpm and temp gauge and break lights (when i apply pressure) are all shot... now i dont know much about cars but i checked all the fuses i could visibly see (5-30's) and only two were blown, so i replaced those and still nothing worked but my head and tail lamps and engine everything is completely shot...

is this a master fuse problem? or are my fuse cables connecting everything shot? i really need help and am looking for the cheapest fix--> to the most expensive whatever works... i just want the cheapest fix obviously first.

You should automatically get an email whenever someone posts on here, seeing as how you are the thread creator.

I'd double check ALL your fuses and relays. I can't imagine how you blew them in the first place, but check them all again. After that, the only thing I could think of would be a body control module.
