99 Maxima transmission problem??

My 99 Maxima just came to a rolling stop one day when going down the road. Now it won't go into gear or move at all. When you take it out of Park the engine revs a little but car won't move. It has an auto trans. I think I smell burning trans. fluid when I start the engine and let it run for a bit. Any suggestions?? Thanx.

um i think your outta transmission fluidwhich caused it to lock up
