99 maxima SE-P0420 code

Help......What exactly is the cause of this code....I've replaced the two convertors underneath the car along withe the o2 sensors....I've heard that it could be the thaR (CONVERTOR-LOOKING MANIFILOD) that is located in the front of the enging with an o2 sensor attached(did'nt replace this one...)
