99 Maxima SE Automatic Climate Control?

Hello,

I have a question for the Maxima experts out there. I just bought a 99 Nissan Maxima SE, I would like to know if it is at all possible to add the Automatic Climate Control? I would assume that the Heater and AC compressor would be the same on all 99 models? I have seen the automatic control interfaces for sale on Ebay, as well as sensors. Can anyone tell me if this is at all possible, and if so, what is involved? I heard from someone that a specific dash sensor modification was required and that temperature sensors would need to be placed in the vehicle and dash, but that it most likely could be modified. Any ideas on how/if this can be done and what is required? Has anyone done this? Much thanks in advance?

It is possible, but adding and wiring up all the sensors would probably be way more of a pain than its worth.

You could find one in a junk yard and strip all the sensors and harness pigtails out. Gonna be a major pain to do it and I do not believe anyone has a parts list together for what you may need.
