'99 Maxi - Lowering Headlamp Aim

For my '99 Maxi -- I'm a little confused on which headlamp adjuster does what and unfortunately the factory service manual isn't much help. For a given headlight there's two black plastic (10mm) screw adjusters in the bay behind the lights. One closest to the fender and one near the radiator.

- Which one does up/down? (fender or radiator side?)

- Which direction to turn the screw to LOWER the lamps? (clockwise/counterclockwise?)

park 25 feet from a wall and turn your head lights on. through your jacket or something over the head light you dont want to adjust. place your adjusting tool on one of the adjuster screws and watch you light on the wall. Start turning the screw any old way. Which way did the light move?? From there you can prolly figure out what you need.
