Just like the topic says, have had the light stay solid before (belt and pulley fell off, then alternator s*** the bed, both times charging systems definitely stopped of course).

Now, both the lights sometimes stay on for a couple minute periods, or flash on and off, then the problem wont happen for anywhere from a couple days to a couple weeks. The battery is brand new, the alternator, tensioner pulley and serpentine belt all pretty much brand new, last time I checked the charging system and battery, all was up to par and no overcharging or stoppage of charging at all.

Now one clue is, last night I turned on my right signal light, and I don't know if it was co-incidence or not but it seemed to set off the problem. Also about a year ago for about a month to 2 month period, I just started blowing the fuse for my signal lights continuously, then it stopped and I haven't had that problem in about a solid 8 or 9 months, I actually have a compartment filled with 7.5 amp fuses for backups, lol.

So maybe someone can help me in the right direction of what to check first. Thanks in advance.

If you're blowing that many fuses, it's more than likely a wiring issue. I would check the wiring to and from the lights.Depending on where you live, small rodents like to climb in the warm ebgine bays at night and chew on stuff to build nests with.
