99 G20t cuts out at low idle

hey guys...i have a 1999 infiniti g20t, works great and for some reason when im at a stop light or something my car starts to idle very low and cuts out ...even when i start it up i have to rev it up to aboit 1500 rpm to keep it from cutting outany ideas?

Do you get a Service Engine Soon light?

Anyway, could be a vacuum leak, bad MAF, bad TPS, bad evap canister purge valve (you'd definitely get an SES for this), or possibly corrosion buildup on the battery (you'd probably have starting issues and get some electrical disruptions when braking too).

yea i get a ses light...and i think i should really clean my battery contacts...havent done it in a while...covered in acid

We can sit here and guess all day, but without knowing what code you're throwing it's shots in the dark. Get a scan done and post up the code (or if they tell you what it is, that'll work even better).
