99 altima service engine soon light

Hi, service engine soon light is on 99 altima se with 109k, car is running normal, idles and drives normal, noticed intermittently when i give a slow acceleration the idle will dip slightly, checked for codes and P0401 came up for EGR no flow/insufficient flow, any thoughts and concerns or common issues i should be aware of?
