how hard would the conversion be? I understand you gotta put in the new gear box, clutch and flywheel. how hard would it be to do, worth it or not in your opinion, or any general tips anyone?

Shouldn't be too bad if you have all the parts needed. It's all labor at that point and Nissan gives you most of the cut out points already. So armed with a dremel and your standard tools you should be able to pull this off with a minimal amount of swearing.
