99.5 QX4 -- Keyless Remote Question

When I purchased my 99 QX4 recently, it came with two remotes. One remote and key looked as it was the one carried by the 1st owner on a regular basis, but the one I chose to carry was fresher. The old remote didn't have this, but the new one does -- it has a trunk release button, presumably for the rear glass. It doesn't work, however (all other functions do work). The original remote doesn't work. . maybe a dead battery? Not sure.

My question is this: Does anyone else with a QX4 have a functioning trunk release button, or is this from another car? If so, can someone help me program it? The programming instructions posted do not work -- they DO work for my 240sx, but not for my QX4.

my 99.5 QX4 has original remotes and does not have remote glass open... it wouldn't be hard to add aftermarket, however, since the existing rear glass is already powered by an electric solenoid.

Ahh I don't NEED it. . but that'd be kinda cool. I was mostly curious about my remote. . must be from another model Infiniti.

My 99 Q45t has the trunk button (FCC ID: KBRASZU07). Does the FCC ID on your mysterious remote match this? If so, I am willing to buy.

It's the same, but the last digit is 09. I can't sell it -- it works for me.
