99.5 QX4 Keyless remote broke AHHHH

It just stopped working..i have tried replacing the battery and reprogramming with no luck. Anyone know where i can get another one? I cant seem to find that model on ebay or anything sine 99.5 seems to be an off year. Anywhere else they are $75-100$+ which is not even close to worth it.

edit: i found one online..looks the same except it says nissan on it while mine says infiniti..same FCC ID but it is advertised as working for Pathfinder...does not mention Qx4.,
