Could anyone with a CD manual for a 99-01 Q45 help me out and send me some slides of the headlight system schematics? I'm trying to convert my halogen to the factory HID headlight. I've been using the HID conversion for my halogen for about a year and didn't like it very much. They still cannot compare to the factory one. I didn't think about the future when I paid the infiniti-techinfo website and only download the manual for the '97. :help

By HID conversions, you mean a kit with a ballast, rebased D2R bulbs, etc - or just blue tinted halogens or SilverStars? I've been thinking of using a conversion kit on my 90, but I've heard different levels of satisfaction on them.

Sadly I can't help you on the diagrams... Joe at Infinti of Scottsdale may be able to look up the parts for you and see which ones changed. At some point I'm sure a different sub-harness plugs into something that's already on your car.

Then there is the level adjustment. The ballast is attached to the bottom of the lens, but I am certain the lead-in wiring is quite different from the halogen low beams.

Shoot me an email address.

Health, I have a CATZ H4 Dual Beam 4300K real Xenon on my car right now. They are D2R rebased bulbs. If you got sometimes to kill and won't need the car for a couple of days, then I think the best is buying a xenon or binexon projector kit and put it into your current headlight. I bought the whole headlight setup of a 2001 Q45t's headlights and trying to put them on my car but the wiring and connectors are a little different.

Maxnix, my email address is: [email protected].

Thank you.

Sorry, my email server wouldn't send the attached EL Acrobat file as it is 9MB and deemed too large.

Might try to download a manual from Infiniti.__________________Brian1995 Q45 & Q45t & 2000 Q45

Brian,I just need the headlights schematic only. Could you try to copy the schematic and paste it into Microsoft Word? It works.

Not from acrobat. I'll see if I can scan it as a graphic file. It might be too huge to send if it is readable.__________________Brian1995 Q45 & Q45t & 2000 Q45
