98 turbo sentra questions

i have a few questions. i would like to pick up an auto sedan, and i woud like to turbo it. here are my questions.

1.how efficient would a turbo be on a auto (dont like shifting gears)

2.how hard would it be to turbo it?

3. what would tuning entail

4.would there be anything holding me back from turboing it?

5. what turbo kit should i get if i wanted 250-300 hp (with supporting mods of course)

6.how much boost would i need to run to achieve this

7 . what supporting mods would i get to achieve this goal?

this will be my daily driver, but i also want to have fun lol. thanks

1. You're auto won't last very long over 4psi
2. There are plenty of turbo auto cars. There's a few auto SE-R's that are boosted.
3. Tuning can be handled by an SAFCII and a dyno tuner, or if you know what you're doing, a SAFC, Datalogger, and a/f setup.

5. No idea, not an ebay kit, your transmission will go out before 250whp.

7. Built bottom end (rods, pistons, etc.) , better head gasket. I'm not really sure about the boost limitations of this engine.

I don't know how dead set you are on the B14 Sentra, but I'd suggest trying to pick up a 2000-2001 B15 2.0 SE with the SR20 in it. You'll have a much easier time finding parts for that engine and it's a very nice motor to mod
