That's my question, would that work? I'm desperate to know because if it does, It'll save me a TON of cash. Thanks guys... for those who know.

Might as well try it if its cheap, I have heard of people interchanging various S13 SR manual ECU's, wire harnesses and motors with mostly success.

If it doesnt work, harnesses are always real easy to sell to someone who bought an incomplete motor.

The 98 S14 sr motor has different pinouts than the 95 S14 sr motor. And the ecu plugs are different. The 98 motor has more in common with the S15 than the 94 - 96 S14 SR motors. All other components are the same but its pretty hard to find pinouts for the two harnesses to try to match each other.

Other than that the part made for the s13 chassie should be the same color wires for both motors.
