98 QX4 d-Matic or synthetic?

The parts store says it calls for Dexron VI. What do you guys think, for my '98 QX4 150K, OEM Nissan D-matic or synthetic transmission fluid?

i use amsoil universal atf, either one should be ok but get a good quality synthetic if u choose this route, stay away from the wal - mart brand and other cheap stuff

i went with mobil 1 dexron VI ATF and transmission still shifts smooth as butter with 160k miles on the clock Nissan Matic D probably the best but i got a better deal on the mobil
