98 Q45t strut and spring replacement

Hey Guys,

I've ordered replacement Tociko Blues and Eibackh springs for my Q45. I was wondering how difficult it would be to do this work myself.

Also, both the upper strut mounts on the front of the car are loose, especially the left front. I've managed to find a replacement for that one but the actual part is on nationawide backorder. Is this some kind of recall item by any chance?Thanks very much for all your help!
