i am looking to get a set of RVM FX10 wheels , they look real good , and a local place near me has them , they are 20inch , and they are staggered fit, 8.5 wide (+40 offset)in the front and 10 wide (+34) in the rear . but my question is , will this offset push the tires flush with the body ? i do have one inch spacer in my garage that i can use, but just tring to avoid it.i am also going to run a 245 35 20 in the front and a 275 30 20 in the rear. i am in nyc so i cannot do the full VIP look, too many potholes .my quarters have been rolled allready. what do you guys think ... ?? ---also car is @ stock hight. looking into lowering it 1 or 2 inches soon , is that just a spring change ?has anyone used these wheels?

Save your self the embarassment and wasted money. research fitment for the Y33 and you'll find a whole new world with 1000x better looking wheels.

bein in nyc is no excuse, half my club is from there.

however, no those won't be flush and yes they are some generic ho-hum wheels.

Those wheels look great on there! Why did you not stick with them?

the m45 wheels are nice , i just wanna put something different on there. i am also looking @ SSR , 18 INCH WHEEL . what do you think about these , i can put more profile on them too, i am not looking for the full vip look . they are .25 offset . do you guys think that will push them close to the body line? i have the m45 wheel on the car now with a 1 inch adapter. and it is where i like it. thanks ..

Those will give a more aggressive fitment than your first selection. You definitely want to stay in the 9/10 width and low 20' offset range.

That can give you an aggressive look and still should be able to find tire sizes that won't require rubber-band stretching

The ssr wheels are a much better wheel . but there 18 inch , the lips where reconditoned on them. but with the 18inch with a 245 40 18 and a 275 35 18 in the rear. remember my Q ia at stock hight . the first set on this post are 20's ....

Are you running those M45 rims without spacers????????? I have the same 19" M45 Sport rims with spacers and have a 2" lower with Tein springs. I'd just tell you to drop it with Tein and put in KYB SR Specials strut/shock replacements and you'll have way better handling and overall upgrade.

That is what I'm running on my 97'.
