98 Q45 20 inch staggered wheel fitment question / offset/

i am looking to get a set of RVM FX10 wheels , they look real good , and a local place near me has them , they are 20inch , and they are staggered fit, 8.5 wide (+40 offset)in the front and 10 wide (+34) in the rear . but my question is , will this offset push the tires flush with the body ? i do have one inch spacer in my garage that i can use, but just tring to avoid it. i am also going to run a 245 35 20 in the front and a 275 30 20 in the rear. my quarters have been rolled allready. what do you guys think ... ?? ---also car is @ stock hight. looking into lowering it 1 or 2 inches soon , is that just a spring change ?-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
