Hi folks...........newbie here. My Q has developed an annoying whine relative to engine speed. It has 80K miles and is otherwise great. Any experiences? Thoughts? My mechanic found nothing but it is loud enough for others to say "what's that noise?" TYIA,Eli

Belt tensioner pulley bearings? failure of viscous fan drive release? Alternator bearings? AC/PS bearings?

Why you have an expert listen with stethoscope to each component.
