98 Projector bulb adjustment

when I first got my s14, one of my bulbs popped. I bought new ones and put them in but the low beam on the right side wouldn't align so I took it to the dealer and asked them what was wrong. they told me that I needed a new headlight assembly. Well a couple months after that visit another low beam bulb popped. So i put my last OEM bulb back in on the right side and the problem went away. Now I have two new bulbs that I put in and I am having the same problem again on the same side.. I don't get what the freak is happening. Its really starting to piss me off.

Any Ideas????
