98 Pathfinder Remote / FOB FCC ID?

If you have a 98 Pathfinder please let me know what your FCC ID is on the back of the remote.

I purchased a 98 Pathfinder that did not come with any remote's. The previous owner said he lost both of them. I'm hoping to order one online.

My production date is 9/07

Welcome from another noob. I just bought my 98 Pathy this week. I think there is more than one appropriate code for our Pathfinders, but the one on my remote is KOBUTA3T. If you call your local dealer they should be able to give you the right code for your Pathy if you give them your VIN.

Thanks! I called and they did not want to give me the FCC ID. They said there is 7 different FCC's for that year. They would have to try them all out to figure out which one works, and they only had 2 of them in stock... bunch of bs if you ask me.

I dunno. . I think that's a load of crap. Maybe I'm wrong. . but . . just doesn't seem right.

You can find your exact remote FCC ID here:

It identifies the QX4 which would be the same as the pathfinder. I believe if you search you can find the same chart for nissan vehicles. Good luck!
