I bought a 98 Pathfinder a couple of years ago and have always had a problem with the instrument panel lighting. Bottom line is that a lot of the switches are not lit when the headlights are on. The lighting for the heater/AC controls and the speedometer/tach work fine, including the rheostat for dimming the lights. The temp/compass lighting also appears to work well. I do not have lighting on the following switches: seat heaters, rear window wiper, cruise control master switch, hazard warning switch, and rear window/mirror heater switch. I have checked what I understand to be the correct fuse and even replaced it to make sure it was good. Am looking for any information that can help me solve this. Also, how can I remove these switches to replace the bulbs? Thanks.
