So trying to fix my pathy p0300 code, got new parts coming for that BUT I was checking vaccume lines ect there's a long metal thick tube that runs to driverside back of engine bay it then turns to rubber line and has a service port cap I was squeezing lines with pluses and noticed a crunch took the rubber line off and its clogged with black charcoal? What is this? I've read my pathys eval canister is all the way in the rear..... so you telling me its gone all the way back from there to the driverside back engine bay???

I believe there was a TSB on this and a service action for Infinity as well. They extended the warranty for infinity owners ... do some searching around and see if it's for the earlier models as well. I'm not sure what the fix is .. clean or replace.
