98 nissan 240sx: need to find out where a plug plugs into

I bought the car and it was a failed SR swap. I got the car to start and the car will start sometime, I narrowed that down to the harness being wired wrong. Well on the passenger side by the foot well there is a body harness that runs along the door sill and stops around the area of the ECU. Its a 1x8 plug that just sitting there not hooked up to anything and the part number on the harness is 24027-70F10.

Well I figured it out that harness is for OBD2 stuff and the SR doesn't use that harness.
