Which question you want answered?

The 98 *is* exchangeable with the 95 (i'm almost sure of anyway), but the 98 is *not* exchangeable with the 94. You asked two different questions.

No, I'm not sure. That's why I used the word "should."

The MAF should work, but if your using an OBDI system in the 95, and an OBDII in the 98, make sure the wiring going to each model of the MAF is the same. If the wire colors match, you'll be alright.

95 S14's are OBDII.

I always thought my 95 is OBDI. How can I tell if my 95 is an OBDI or OBDII?

Thanks

They are all OBDII.

There is a misconseption that only 96+ cars are OBDII. 96 is just when the EPA made it mandotory for cars to be OBDII. OBDII was starting to get implemented in 94, with more cars in 95, and all cars in 96. As a general rule, almost all vehicles that were a new model in 94 or 95, starting using OBDII because it was more cost effective to implement it early.

The S14 240SX started production for the 95 model year, and was an early implementation of OBDII.

For a complete list of all pre-96 cars that are OBDII, you can go find a list on the interenet somewhere. I can't find it right now, but I know it's out there. I think it's somewhere on http://www.obd2.com
