We're out of 'limp' mode now...excellent. You still have one suspect coil pack that needs to be replaced. A while back, I told you to clean the engine ground wires. Poor grounding may cause misfire and fuel metering issues. There are 2 ground lugs, mounted on top of the engine. Those grounding points are adjacent to the intake manifold, close to #2 fuel injector. Clean the lugs as well as the engine frame where they are mounted and then apply dielectric grease.
Check the air filter and fuel filter and replace them if you haven't done so in a while. The fuel filter is mounted on the firewall, besides the brake booster. For the fuel filter, make sure the line is empty before you pull it out. With the engine running, pull out the Fuel Pump fuse (15A, blue, in the fuse box below the instrument panel, left side of steering wheel) until the engine dies. Then crank the engine at least once to make sure the fuel line is empty. A FIRE HAZARD EXIST IF YOU DON'T EMPTY THE FUEL LINE prior to filter removal. Once removed, try blowing air thru the fuel filter, If you could do so easily, the filter is still good. Otherwise, the filter is partially clogged and restricting fuel flow.
Perform all of the above and report back.
