Car seems like in 'limp mode (limited RPM with injector firing simultaneously). Please make sure that all electrical connectors are reconnected after you replaced the thermostat and radiator.

It's possible that you have corroded MAF (Mass Air Flow) sensor connector. The MAF sensor is mounted in the air intake duct close to the air filter box. Use contact cleaner on the connector and then apply dielectric grease on the pins to prevent corrosion. It would be better to clean the MAF sensing element, too. You can remove the entire assembly that houses the MAF sensor. Use a zero-residue contact cleaner (or MAF cleaner from AutoZone) to clean the sensing element. DO NOT TOUCH THE SENSING ELEMENT.

Yes, recheck everything you unplugged when last maintenance was performed. If the car was running ok before the radiator incident, it is probably a connector or something.

I would definitely clean your MAF sensor/ing element. My previous car was doing the exact same thing and I thought that cleaning the MAF sensor or replacing the MAF sensor would be too difficult, so I sold the car and got a new one. Cleaning your MAF sensor is SO EASY and so is replacing it. You can find videos on youtube of how to do it. Definitely check out that piece of equipment next.
