'98 I30t will not start.

Installed new starter, new relay, battery is good. When I turn the key I get clicking in the relay only.

Have you checked current at the starter when you crank the key? If you have current, then your starter is the problem. No current, start testing circuitry until you find current and then find out why its not getting to your starter. Good Luck.
