Hey Everyone. I'm new here and had a suspension question. I will be lowering and upgrading my suspension and was wondering what people had good luck with. I have been suggested to buy the tein coilovers and also the kyb agx with eibach lowering springs by someone else. i havnt been able to find if anyone likes the tein coilovers. the thing that bothers me is that they aren't damper adjustable. I aslo have 18 inch rims which is a big reason why i need to upgrade. any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I have Tokico Illuminas and Tein H-techs. Love the ride comfort, and haven't had any problems.

Eibachs will be stiff. It can be quite painful (cringe effect) with my 18's + 40-series at times.

I think a lot of the pain effect depends on the roads where you live. Near me, there is a section of I-5 that will kill ya. After a few months of driving on stiff springs, you will get to know the roads near your home better than you can imagine. Knowing where the killer potholes are is the key. The ride quality of the Eibachs is second to none IMHO.

STEER CLEAR OF AGX'S!

I put them on my I30 and they are stiff and bouncy...even set on "1."

I recommend Tokico Illuminas if you want adjustables.
