98 i30

i have a 98 i30 with a minor/major problem. cylinders 2 & 3 are not firing. the coils are receiving .2 volts while the firing ones are getting over 1 volt. now, does anyone know why these 2 cylinders are not firing and what i need to do to fix the problem? it was running when i began the project of replacing the timing chain gaskets and water pump. now on ly 4 of the 6 work. help anyone?? thank you

Could be a bad connection in the wiring harness. Make sure the pins are all seated into the connectors.
