hi..am original owner of 98 i30. live in san jose, ca where we have very mild winters. mostly early morning fog, dew on/inside car that needs to get ridden off. i turn on both front/rear defrosts, put temp at 80 and it still takes like 5 mins or so to clear up. this used to be very quick, maybe a min, a while ago. its mostly the side windows, lane changing mirrors, rear that doesn't seem to get fog free. what could be going on? can i check some vents or something and clear any debri?

thank you.

Could just be the blower motor is getting old. You can pull it out and check it to make sure there's no debris in the housing.

thanks maxhopper.

where do i find this blow motor? i can feel air coming out from vents right below winshield inside. i can't in the rear. also the side mirrors and windows..i don't feel like they are getting defrosted at all. maybe i should just use a cloth and wipe it out everytime :)
