98 i30 bad idle with video

1998 INFINITI I30, 169K MILES.

I have an idle issue, im not sure whats causing it. When in park, it idles between 1200-1500 rpm. When in reverse/drive, it idles at 6-800, when i drive, itll go up, slowly come down and idle at a weird rpm as shown in the video, and itll bounce up and back down to an idles well.

When i stop the car in drive, the rpms SLOWLY go down to the idle rpm, 6-800, when i press the gas and let go, it goes up, bounces doen and go back up and idles. Only when the car is warm it.does this.

When im driving, say 30mph, it idles at 1500 or so & can maintain that speed for ever, its weird. It dont go bsck down till i stop. Also on a highway, doing 50-70mph, itll do the same, even higher, i figure thats normal, but not that high where its over 1800-2500 rpm, idleing without me giving it any gas.

I did some work on it, here is what i did.
Replaced 2 coils (autozone ones), replaced all the spark plugs with champion double platnium, or iridium, whatever my car takes i got that one, just double whatever, brand is champion. Replaced my radiator due to a leak, cleaed my Throttle body, the ports , not electricle connections, and i did the same for the IACV, i used B-12 throttle body cleaner. I cleaned inside the manifold, around those areas, flooded the egr with that cause it was clogged, yeah a rough start up was invovled, exhaust made gun shot sounds (pretty cool) & then it was good after it cleared out the fluids. I couldnt remove it so thats why i flooded it with the cleaner. I replaced my intake manifold gasket, throttle body gasket & thats about it. I have a straight pipe as well, 2.25". Deleted the resonator & muffler. Brand new alternator also. The video is on youtube, ill add the link at the end of this.

Forgot to mention, when i startup, even when cold/hot, it shoots up to about 2100rpm, and goes down to 1400rpm at idle. I deliver pizza a couple nights a week, like 1-3 nights, about 5 hours each time, fridays is useally 8. After a while, i have to put it in nuetral to start it, it wont start in park.

This should be enough info, if not.. ask me questions, need pics of the TB or IACV, i can upload pics. i adjusted the black screw on the IACV to lower the idle, its as tight as i can make it. Cant lower it anymore, i adjusted the throttle cables so it has a little slack. Still no fix. Please help. Thank you!
