'98 frontier KA into '89 240sx

hey guys... new to the forum, been researching on here for a while now and I now have something to post. I've recently come into a deal i can't pass up. An '89 240 hatch with a flawless exterior and interior, but with a blown motor. trans is still good. also a '98 frontier with a KA24DE in it, motor and trans good, it was hit in the side and is wrecked. i can pick up both for about $600. so... i was planning on swapping the frontiers KA into the 240 and was looking for some insight on how difficult this would be. from my understanding the ka24de from the 91-98 240 is slightly different, but how different is it to be exact? am i able to mate this motor and trans from the frontier into the 240? if possible id like to keep the 240 trans and use the frontier motor if possible (both automatic). what will need to be done with wiring if anyone knows and waht will need to be changed to make this thing compatible?? any help would be greatly appreciated.
