98 frontier ext cab 4x2 at convert to mt from 91 240sx

The manual transmission from the 240sx is all bolted up to the motor however now I'm being told the driveshaft that was originally on the truck with the at is too long. I'm trying to find out what length of driveshaft I'll need now and will one work from a 98 frontier mt or should I find one from a 91 240sx mt?

Good question there!
Try to find a part number for the frontier and 240sx driveshafts and see if they're the same. Use a rock auto or a Nissan parts counter to see.
