98 blacktop questions

i have a 98 s13 blacktop, from using the search button i have came up with some great information. I have found out that i have the proper ecu (j7) and i have the proper harness also, being that i got a running front clip i have found everything to be ok. Now i am a bit confused about one thing i have read that some people have ran into trouble witht the j7 ecu not firing on two cylinders something to do with the wiring to the ecu. Now my question is, will i experience the same issue?? if so does anyone know which wires will need to be swapped or spliced to get all the coilpacks to fire?? and any other help on the wiring for the motor would be great.
